Who we are
This policy covers the Gravity Pass website at www.gravitypass.app. Gravity Pass provides booking software for bike parks and uplift centres. Questions about this policy can be sent to [email protected].
What we collect
- Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to tell us, such as your name, your bike park and your questions.
- Usage data. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. Google may set cookies and collect your IP address, device and browser details, and the pages you visit.
This website has no accounts or forms, and we don't collect payment details here.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiries and arrange demonstrations.
- To measure and improve the website.
- To meet legal obligations and protect our service.
We don't sell your personal data.
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics uses cookies to tell visitors apart and measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out browser add-on. The website works the same without them.
Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, such as Google (analytics) and our email and hosting providers. They may process it only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Riders and bike park customers
If you book a ride through a bike park's Gravity Pass booking site, that bike park decides what information it collects and why, and Gravity Pass processes it on the park's behalf. Please read the privacy information the bike park provides, and contact the park directly to exercise your rights over that data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to its processing, and to complain to your data protection authority. To exercise these rights, email [email protected].
International transfers
Our providers, including Google, may process data in countries outside your own. Where required, they rely on recognised safeguards for such transfers.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
