Availability
Repeating slots
Set capacity, days of the week, start and end times and an optional date window such as the school holidays. Sessions are created 90 days ahead and roll forward automatically.
Safe edits
Change a slot and future unbooked sessions follow. Sessions that already have bookings are never moved or deleted.
Passes
Name, description, price, and exactly which slots each pass can be sold on. Server-side rules stop a pass being bought for the wrong run.
Closures
Close a single day or a date range (Christmas Day, winter maintenance) and it vanishes from the calendar without touching existing bookings.

A clean, mobile-friendly booking site in your colours. Date, run, passes, details, pay. Done.
Live availability calendar
Riders see 1 to 6 months at a glance. Days turn green, amber (running low), red (full) or grey (no runs). You set what "low" means.
Pick a run, pick your passes
Each day lists its runs with times and spaces left. Riders only see the passes that are valid for the run they chose, and can mix several passes in one booking.
Group bookings made easy
Name every rider in the party. Adults get their own email; children are a simple tick box. Saved children are remembered for next time.
Secure card payment
Pay by card through Stripe, plus any other payment methods your Stripe account supports. Retry-safe, so nobody is charged twice.
Confirmation with QR code
An instant email with the reference, date, time, passes and a QR code that staff scan on arrival. Riders can also look up a booking with their reference and email.
Waivers signed before they arrive
Every adult rider gets a personal link. Show your waiver text, a safety video, or both. The video must be played to the end, then riders agree and sign with their full name, once, never again.

Stays signed in
Credentials live in the device keychain and the app signs itself back in, so the queue never stalls.
Works offline
- Today's list is saved on the device.
- Check-ins, undos and scans keep working with no signal and are queued, even across an app restart.
- The queue syncs automatically every 15 seconds, when the app returns to the foreground, or on "Sync now".
- If a queued change is rejected (say the booking was cancelled meanwhile) a red banner tells staff.

Payments & security

Payments, email and sign-in all use established services you control.
Paid straight to you
Connect your own Stripe account. Rider payments go directly into it, and refunds reverse cleanly.
No double-booking
Spaces are held for 15 minutes during payment. Unpaid holds are released automatically, and a late payment on an expired hold is refunded.
Email you control
Send through your own SMTP server or Mailgun (US or EU). Credentials are encrypted at rest.
Strong staff sign-in
Passwords plus authenticator apps and recovery codes, or passkeys on the web portal. Accounts lock after repeated failures.
Rate-limited and verified
Booking and login endpoints are rate-limited. Returning riders verify their email with a one-time code before their saved details are used.
Your own deployment
Each operator runs on their own isolated database and branded address, so your data is never mixed with anyone else's.

Questions, answered
What kind of business is Gravity Pass for?
It is built for mountain bike uplift centres and bike parks that sell time-slot passes against limited capacity.
Do I need my own Stripe account?
Yes. You connect it from the Payments page, and rider payments go straight to you. Bookings can't be paid until it is connected.
Can riders cancel or change their own bookings?
Not currently. Your staff cancel, move or convert bookings from the portal or the check-in app, with refunds handled for you.
Does the check-in app work without signal?
Yes. Load the list once with a connection each day; after that check-ins, undos and scans are queued and sync when you are back online. The server records the check-in time when it syncs.
Which devices does the check-in app run on?
iOS and Android phones and tablets. Check-in is also available in the web management portal.
Can I use my own branding and email address?
Yes: logo, colours, name, email templates and your own SMTP or Mailgun sender.
What is on the roadmap?
A customer mobile app and an admin mobile app are planned. Ask us what is coming next.
